Jira Service Management media type issues
Running Zabbix 7.0
I've been trying to setup the jira service management media type (the one provided by Zabbix) so we can generate tickets off of certain alerts out of zabbix.
I am consistently getting this error when testing the action and I can find very little info on it. In the UI, the failed action states this:
Sending failed: Unknown error. Check debug log for more information.
In the zabbix_server log, I see this error:
"Tag "__zbx_jira_requestkey" is not in the event tag list"
The below is a snipped from the log with debug level logging enabled:

Been pounding my head against my desk trying to troubleshoot this, is there anywhere else I can find logs that may have more details on the error?
