Zabbix Server is not running: the information may not be current

I've been running Zabbix on my Home Lab for a year or so, but recently I have been seeing "Zabbix Server is not running: the information may not be current" shown at the bottom of the dashboards.

The graphs show current information and everything appears to be OK - see below which is set to 'Last 3 hours'



This is running under Docker 28.3.2 on Ubuntu 24.04.02
I am using the following zabbix images, and they are all current:

• zabbix/zabbix-web-nginx-pgsql:latest
• zabbix/zabbix-server-pgsql:latest
• postgres:16

The docker logs don't seem to show anything in error - the only thing i can see is a log entry that says the following but don't know if it's a problem or not?

2025-07-17T08:43:22.554119448Z 54:20250717:084322.554 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [unreachable poller #1]

Any ideas on how to diagnose/resolve?

I added the following to the environment of the server in my compose file which resolved it.

ZBX_NODEADDRESS: zabbix-server:10051
