Can't get performance counter: ["\Processor Information(_total)\Actual Frequency"]

I'm having an issue getting the performance counter for the Actual CPU frequency from several Windows hosts. According to Zabbix the specified counter could not be found. However I'm able to find it through the Windows commandline, with:

typeperf -q

The below counter should work:

perf_counter_en["\Processor Information(_total)\Actual Frequency"]

I've also tried:

perf_counter["\Processor Information(*)\Actual Frequency"]

I'm able to access a similar counter:

perf_counter_en["\Processor Information(_total)\Processor Frequency"]

Any idea what is wrong here?
