Banned and Confused

I signed up for an account here last week using my official company email and the user name "Pitchfork".

Asked one question about the times mentioned in problem notifications, got an answer the next day and said "thanks":

When I next try to log in and I get:

You have been permanently banned by vitalijs.m for the following reason: Spam

Can any advise please?

My understanding is that the forum moderators had a crackdown on spammers and were somewhat overenthusiastic. It is upsetting to be accused of being a spammer.

Things sometimes happen.. My account has been deleted once also.. with all the posts etc.. It was a human error. Everything got restored. vitalijs Maybe you can review this..

I do report some posts every week (Not the one OP had, I think I answered it..:P ) There are people, who just spread links to random sites. Some chatgpt warriors posting crap that maybe has same words in it, what topic starter asked, but absolute nonsense in the end...
