Don't store value if same than previous

Hello,
It's possible that Zabbix don't store new values into the database if they have the same value than previous values?

We have a very big database with milions of rows that have the same value and for us is very difficult to manage.

You need columnar compression DB storage engine.
Oracle DB has one.
