Azure App Service monitoring

Hi, has anyone managed to monitor Azure App Service with Zabbix?
I tried building a template similar to the one for Azure SQL DBs which is already implemented in Zabbix, but no luck.
Checked GitHub too, nothing useful there.

I have got the same problem. Azure SQL DBs works mostly fine but I cannot monitor the addional things.
