Tell Zabbix NOT to encrypt password

I have need to sync up users between another system and Zabbix. I want the other system to controll the hash of the password and write to the zabbix table... Is there any simple setting that will just tell zabbix not to encrypt the password and just treat it as plain text?

Just calculate MD5 sum of your passwords and put them into ZABBIX database. Simple!
