Matching Hostname and Interface description in a trigger template

Hi all,

I need to create a trigger template that rises a problem on an host with a specific substring in the hostname when an interface with a specific substring in the interface description goes down.
Can anybody give me an hint / example about how to do this ?

I'm collecting the interface status of an Ethernet port on a switch using the "Template Module Interfaces Simple SNMP". I want to create a custom Trigger prototype that raises a "Disaster" problem in case any interface with the "Ring" description goes down, I would also like the problem to be raised only if it occurs on a switch with a specific hostname.
