Zabbix Port mapping (Switch map) Partial Data Issue

We are encountering an issue on switch mapping where only partial data is being retrieved from the switches, even though the port status is shown as "up."

Upon reviewing the configuration, all Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches have the necessary SNMP and ACL settings correctly applied. However, we observed that data appears blank or incomplete on switch ports where multiple MAC or IP addresses are learned.

    For example:

On newnan27-swt switch port - GigabitEthernet1/0/12 shows blank in switch map even though the ports are up.

But while checking the same port from the switch level we could see there are multiple MAC addresses learned.

NOTE: Ports that display data correctly are typically associated with only a single MAC or IP address.

Hi all — friendly follow-up on this issue in case it was missed.
    Zabbix version: 6.0.40

If anyone has pointers or needs more logs/config, I’m happy to provide. Thanks in advance!

I am not too surprised you haven't had any replies, I have just seen from your other thread that this is a third-party addon. Where did you get it? If I google "zabbix switch port mapper", it's not obvious what this tool is.
