I'm trying to setup HA in two different servers, the main server "Node1" working fine after setting the required paraments but for Node2 it can't connect to the MySQL database.

Zabbix HA requires one single DB. You tried to set up 2 different ones on both hosts (I see zabbix and zabbix2 DB-s mentioned on those pics..). Now you connected both nodes to the instance on first node, but if that host dies in some reason, you are left with a non-working instance.. If you are already going HA, then move that DB out of those nodes and have a separate instance (which can also be built as HA)
