Zabbix Trigger What am i doing wrong?

Hi All, I'm trying to create a Zabbix trigger when the output is text. It should be fairly simple?? When the item reports Degraded i want it to warn. I am using the below expression that should accept text, anyone spot what i'm doing wrong?

{hpeilo:hpeilo_snmp_engine["-H","{HOST.CONN}","-C","{$SNMP_COM}","-o","1" ].last()}= Degraded
