    Missing Dashboard Graphs

I am not sure this is an issue or if I am doing something wrong, but if I open data collection > Hosts > [Host] Graphs I see data present.

If I open Monitoring > Hosts > [host] Graphs ... I see no data present.

What am I not understanding or missing because it is the same for all my hosts and for meny different graphs, for mysql, postgres and a few others.

    Does anyone have any insights?

    Thanks

not sure if this is relevant, but if I look at the graphs that are under the dashboard, all have data.
Could these the dashboard graphs and the Collection Data graphs source from the same place and the graphs under Monitoring.
I am sorry but I have no clue.
    Hope someone can advise.
    Thanks

I think you might have tripped over one of the great "features" in the Zabbix UI. If you click on a tag in the graphs list for a host and then later on look at a different host, it remembers tags that don't exist on the later host.
Here for example, firewall has no filesystems, that was the previous host I was looking at. Result is 0 graphs.

troffasky Thanks for responding, but I am not clear on what you are saying. I also do not think that it is relevant.
The reason being is that I am not looking at or selecting any filters.
on the left panel I select Monitoring > Hosts,
at this point I have all my hosts listed.
I then look at a few different hosts, in the row next to the name I see the following.

I click on Graphs, Then I get a full list of graphs. there are a few that do have data but 80% of the graphs have no data.

In the same if I now open Data collection > Hosts, then select Graphs next to the host name. I see the same number of graphs, but the difference is all of these have data.
        See below.

So I am not understanding how there can be data for all the graphs under Data collection and that there is no data under Monitoring.

Hope this clears up my question and confusion.
        Thanks
        Lawrence

OK, so a graph in Monitoring shows no data, but if you edit that graph on the host and click Preview, you see data.

          Some potential explanations:
          1. It's a bug
          2. You are zoomed to a time range when there was no data, but the Edit tab always looks at the last hour of data.
          3. You are looking at two different hosts.

            Hello everyone,

We are currently running Zabbix (free edition) in our datacenter to monitor servers and applications, and we also use Huawei NetEco 6000 as our DCIM system for monitoring AC units, UPS, PDUs, ATS, and environmental sensors.

We want to integrate NetEco with Zabbix to achieve full service-impact visibility, such as:
AC failure → Rack temperature rise → Host shutdown → Service impacted.

Before proceeding, I would like to confirm the following from the community:

            1. Is it possible to integrate Huawei NetEco 6000 with Zabbix using SNMP, SMTP email alerts, or SNMP traps?
(NetEco supports email forwarding and possibly SNMP depending on configuration.)

            2. Can Zabbix Free Edition receive and process these alerts, map them to triggers, and display them on dashboards?

            3. Is Zabbix Business Service Monitoring (BSM) in the free version sufficient to build dependency trees like:
            Service → VM → Host → Rack → AC/PDU/UPS
and automatically show accurate service impact?

            4. Are there existing community templates or recommended approaches for monitoring UPS, PDU, AC/CRAC units, and temperature sensors?
(Even if not specific to Huawei, general SNMP templates would help.)

            5. Does the community recommend integrating DCIM alerts via SNMP or SMTP for best results?
We want to choose the most reliable and clean method.

Our goal is to build dashboards showing service health (Billing, Mail, SP Portal, etc.) linked to infrastructure events coming from NetEco — similar to “root-cause → service-impact dashboards”.

Any guidance, best-practice advice, or experience from others who integrated DCIM tools with Zabbix would be very appreciated.

            Thanks in advance!
