Web monitoring on zabbix

We have a number of web servers with multiple sites on, eg

web-01 has

website1.org
website2.org
website3.org


For each of these I would like to monitor their availability, and for a subset of these I would like to monitor the SSL cert and / or domain name renewal.

I would in turn like the availability rule to depend on the check nginx / apache rule running on the relevant host.


Now I have configured 3 templates for each of the checks, and these seem to be working fine for those sites which have the same url as the server name...I can just use {HOST.NAME} in all of the checks, but how can I go about setting this up. I'm struggling to find anywhere I can maintain a list of sites.
