We need to get alerts of some interfaces when they go down. In same case with disaster severity, we get an opsgenie, and with other ports if they go down, it would be ok an email.
We weren´t able to configure the same trigger prototype with 2 different severities. Is there any way to do that?
For now, we are going to use snmp for the critical interfaces and we send traps for the ports that we don´t consider critical and would be ok receiving a mail. The thing is that we see the trap, but we don´t get the alert in the dashboard, so we don´t get an email informing the interface down. Does anybody do the same that we need? Any help??? Pleaseeeee!!!
