[no data] on graph log file.

Hello, I am running into an issue where data from the FileMaker Server stats.log is not getting to the graphs in the Zabbix UI.

    Stats.log has 664 permissions, so I don't believe its a permissions issue.
We know that our template has correct access to the FileMaker directory as it can read the Event.log file and give Zabbix the error message.
The regex was tested to be functional.
When in the UI, I can "Execute Now" on the "FMS Stats - Clients - Pro" for example and it says "Request send successfully," but when I navigate to the graph for that object, it still reads as [no data}.

Simple... you have a log[] item with "Zabbix agent" type... log items can never be passive... change it to "Zabbix Agent(active)" ...

Are values actually coming in? Anything in the "Latest Data"?
Sharing the item configuration screenshot would be good start if you seek help.

        Thank you for responding BP_Vital,

Values for the "Disk Space", "FMS file detection", "FMS logs", and "Memory - System"

In the screenshot, it shows many successful values but Log - Stats is the only one not reading correctly. I am assuming this is a template issue, maybe something in the formatting the xml file. Any help would be lovely!

Is that ""FMS Stats - Clients - Pro"" a main item and others are dependen items? maybe there is just "do not keep history" set in main item config?

Thank you for responding Cyber, Log - Stats is keeping history. Is there any way I could solve this problem with a support member?
