Widget Problems slow for non Superadmin users

Hello, we are on LTS 7.0.21 and observer very slow loading of widget PROBLEMS. It is ok for SuperAdmin users, but not for guests and others without this role. How to resolve such issue? Why it needs more priviledges.

No, everything works perfectly, just this widget. With SuperAdmin role it works perfectly, otherwise slow loading.

Well I had a case, where a bad DB config (PG) had very big influence on queries... Superadmins were unharmed, but others had slow loading of some pages... Tracked it for a looong time, even with help of support... finally found an option, that in some reason was not applied to that instance.

ugh.. silly me, why didn't I write it right away...
random_page_cost, by default it is set to 4.0. But that is a value meant for spinning disks. For SSD-s, changing it to 1.1 makes huge difference... In my specific case, loading a specific page in zabbix went from minute to couple of seconds..
