I'm using a template that discovers all docker containers on a host, and then creates a host for each container (using Host Prototype).
I then attach a template to the new hosts with various checks. The problem is, no data is coming. No error or anything, just no data. Just to be clear, if I use regular discovery I can get the data no problem.
I'm thinking this might have to do with the fact that I am using active checks - since they rely on host name, I guess I cannot use them on hosts created by host prototypes? Is there any workaround for this?
