IP Address for interfaces

I have servers with multiple IP addresses, some on private, isolated networks. I would like to collect those IPs in zabbix. I can discover the interfaces and get the MAC addresses, but I'm not seeing how to get the IP addresses (using the agent). Am I missing something? Or do I need to write my own custom script for that?
