Ignore non physical interfaces

Hello all,

So. We have an Extreme network (switches and routers). When I run an interface discovery it finds everything on the devices, including VLANs and SVIs.

What I need to do is filter out the non physical interfaces. Is there a way to do this?
Note I'm very new to Zabbix too.

Hi jodygreen,

i think you can do a regular expression for filter these networks interfaces in Administration/General Regular expression and create your regular expression after you need to refer it in your template Configuration/Templates/<your_template>/discovery rules/<your_discovery_rules>/<tab_filter> and refer your regular expression

You need to reload your template for applicate this Regular expression
Can you put your regex here ?
