Error connecting to database Postgresql Zabbix 3.2.7

I have a fresh install of Zabbix 3.2.7 on a Centos 7.3.1611, I can get the db to start and I get zabbix-server to start and both are set as services, httpd is good to go as well. I start to go through the gui configuration (I believe this generates a php config for the web frontend) and at the second step I get the screen in the attachment. I am thinking it is postgres related, some setting that I am not getting right in the pg_hba.conf or the postgresql.conf but I have never actually used postgresql before and am not sure. I have reached the limits of my google-fu and I have not found anything in the forums here.
I understand that this is not really a lot to go on but I am not sure what files I can send to help find the problem.

Problem solved, I couldn't find any glaring config issue in the main config files for postgresql. I wiped the DB and recreated it and it worked. I most likely did something wrong on initial setup.
