    Windows Agent2 8.0.0 download available?

    Hi all,
I stood up a 6.4 Zabbix instance on AWS a few years ago as kind of a toy, and now I am taking it a bit more seriously.
I installed 8.0.0 on-prem thinking it was the LTS release but realized it is currently alpha1. Anyway, I have it up and going and it is working well watching my Linux VM's using Agent2 and some network devices with SNMP, I have a remote site with a 8.0.0 proxy that is working fine as well.

I am now trying to get some Windows stuff into the system, but can't seem to find Windows agents for 8.0.0. Also using the host wizard, the .ps1 install script 404'd on the agent download.

    So a couple questions:
    1) Am I just missing the download links for 8.0 Windows agents? If they don't exist yet, is there an ETA for the Agent Windows binaries?

    2) Will the latest 7.4 agent communicate with 8.0.0 proxy and server? Maybe 7.0LTS agent better? (Since I don't have anything better to do while I wait for 8.0 agent binary, I will test this out.)

    3) Am I shooting myself in the foot investing time into setup of 8.0.0alpha1? Will updating to the release version when it comes out be simple?

I am laying the groundwork to start a small MSP business (so only monitoring basic stats on servers and devices), but I only have a couple clients so far. I want to build on something that will last a while before I have to do a bunch of rework for an update/upgrade, but right now I am not too deep into 8.0 so if reinstalling with a 7.x release is smarter I don't mind too much.

Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice.

    Update on 2)
I installed Agent2 7.4.latest on a test W10 VM and it seems to be communicating and sending stats through the 8.0.0 proxy to the 8.0.0 server, so that is a happy development

Windows agents for Zabbix 8.0 aren’t released yet, which is why the .ps1 script 404s. The latest 7.4 agent can communicate with an 8.0 server or proxy, though some new 8.0 features won’t be supported. Using 8.0 alpha in production is risky; upgrading to the final release should work, but some rework may be needed. For stability, especially as you start your MSP, it’s safer to use 7.4 LTS now and migrate to 8.0 once Windows agents are officially available.
