Cannot connect to the database.

I have downloaded and installed Zabbix 7.4 on Ubuntu 22.04 and followed the steps for Server, Frontend, Agent, MySQL and Apache Web Server. The install all seems to work but when I try to log into the Web Interface I get the following.

Any suggestions?

Did you create a user in DB? Did you give it permissions? You can look into DB logs, maybe something is shown there..
