Hi All.
Using Zabbix 7.4.7.
I've got a bunch of network switches that have items and triggers that have been "correctly" set up by the template for that switch. Because of the way the switches and their ports are being used, i don't need "most" of these, and they flap a lot.
This is preventing me from seeing the wood for the trees, so i'm trying to disable, or downgrade, all but the important triggers, which i'm doing by
1) going into a host,
2) entering the info in the filter to filter by name,
3) Selecting the top right check box to select all,
4) using Mass Update, de-checking the "enabled" option.
Click "apply".
This gets rejected because of an "insufficent rights", despite being in the system as Admin - and even if i sign in as super admin, i get the same error.
I have successfully, individually, disabled each of the triggers that Zabbix has for each port, so i'm not sure if i'm missing something, or where to look for the log files to understand "why" this is being rejected.
Has anyone seen this before and able to give some guidance?
Thanks!
