added unifi access point for monitoring but doesnt work and shows all red

My AP is a unifi pro 7 wall and added the "Unifi UAP" template for this host.
I added the interface and ip and for all items i see red, for example i see red for the first item-


shows error as shown above -
"Cannot perform request: Could not resolve host: api"

the item looks like this-


Every item shows the same error whats going on and how do i fix this guys??

You need to edit the macros on the host, per the documentation.
