Item in error not reported as a problem

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance - I am new to Zabbix. I have an odbc monitor that checks a row count. Recently a database change was made and the database user no longer had permission to log in.

Rather than zabbix reporting the problem, I see only a red information icon on the "Latest Data" tab.

The issue here is that the monitor was no longer running and I had no way to know other than to trawl though the "Latest Data" tab.

Any help would be appreciated.

how to see a list of these unsupported/erroring items?

OK, I have that enabled. And on the "Status of Zabbix" page I see 6 items in "Not Supported" status. How do I get a list of these items?
