Multi SAP HANA monitoring on a single host

Hello Everyone,

i am having troubles finding a way to monitor multiple instances on a single host.

i have three servers : the first with two HANA installed, the second one with SAP ASE installed and the third is the Zabbix server

what i am trying to do is automate the discovery of "how many HANA's installed in a single host and therefore "duplicate the the host with different name" for Example hostname : mo-8741798451-Hana 1 or Hana 2

is there something like that possible???
