zabbix 3.4.0 - agent is unreachable - doesn't recover

Hi,

I'm having problems to recover after an agent gets unreachable.

1 - I stop the agent on the machine
2 - I wait until it shows unreachable
3 - I start the agent

After agent start, and after about 10m i still have it as unreachable and no data is updated on any item of that machine.

If i restart zabbix server then it will start to work again...

By default, items that became unsupported are reacquired after 10 minutes.
The setting is in the following place.

Administration -> General -> Other : Refresh unsupported items

After building the environment of version 3.4.0 and reconfirmed, the recovery process was not done.
It is probably a bug.

The value of the item can be acquired only at the first timing when Zabbix agent is started, but it seems that the value after that can not be acquired.
