I have an issue that I hope someone could enlighten me about.
I downloaded a Template (had to upgrade zabbix in the process to use it) from this place https://share.zabbix.com/power-ups/a...-snmp-template for the simple reason I had a request from our Economy department where they wanted to know the power consumption from a specific customer. I am not sure this template can help me all the way but what I need to do is figure out how to see the separate Outlets in the PDU and their power usage over time.
The template shows in the graphs the entire usage of the PDU, so far so good, but I got a number of other customers in the same rack using the same PDU. I need to be able to separate them via the outlets. The template states "This APC Template contains outlet discovery and should work with any managed or switched APC PDU" which I hope is what I am looking for but I simply dont know how to use it in the Zabbix to actually see them.
I tried, in vain, to setup a discovery rule with the template application added to it and some UID number that I thought was right but so far nothing happens. (Using SNMPv1).
Any ideas/pointers to how I should go about this?
