upgrade from 3.0 to 3.4 no data

Hi guys,
I upgraded Zabbix from ver. 3.0 to 3.4 but in new server with Zabbix 3.4 I dont have aby data (items, users, etc.)
I created new fresh installation 3.4 on new virtual server and I copied DB from old server (3.0) to new server (3.4) and restored DB.
Is it necessary to do anything else? I need Zabbix 3.4 with data from 3.0

Hi Marcel,
you didn't found any items with sql query or you can't find them in frontend ?

Have you started the server after the upgrade? It should update the database. Also check your zabbix_server.conf , it could be replaced with new one.

If everything is ok, then just paste the output of the server log.

Hi allexpetrov,
yes, in sql query is no data. I was try table user and I found only default users.
After upgrade I started server, GUI is ok, but only one host - zabbix server.
In zabbix_server.log is no error.
My zabbix_server.conf is configure to current DB, but seem to there is no data. I was restored data with myslqdump...

Hi Marcel,
so it is very strange situation because zabbix can't just simply take and delete data. Are you 100% sure that after you've restored the mysqldump the values was there ? If you have a dump - try it and go through the DB to find the values.
After that - launch the server and check the log file to see the db upgrading process. I usually do like

service zabbix-server start && tail -f /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log

Hi Alex,
actualy I restored DB to new Zabbix server, but I dont see any hosts, groups, actions.
But in dashboars I see all data. In graps I see all server with data (graphs)
I dont see "Administration" tab.

I have no errors in log.

ok, problem solved.
I had old cookies in my browser.... I clear all cookies about zabbix and now is all ok.
