My zabbix app server cannot show correct info about cpu , memory usage

According to follow pic items such as cpu , memory usage for zabbix server (App) does not show correct info . What is the issue ?

Hey bab,
Can you post more info, there's numerous things that can cause this. Firewall, update intervals, mismatch on Server and ServerActive parameters.. etc.
Can please post whether other metrics have gaps.

Yes . Its happening on all items for zabbix server . Also it is showing follow pic zabbix server

Seems like overloaded server...
