one trigger from 2 prototypes

hello,
i am monitoring cisco routers and switches using the IF MIB and IP MIB. Both are part of separate discovery rules. Can i create a trigger prototype that uses item prototypes from these different rules ?
For eg , use the ip address of the interface form IP MIB discovery rule and alias from the IF MIB rule in the same trigger. This is to show the alias for the interface which becomes unavailable , in the alert.

As long as both items are using the same indexing part of the OIDs it should be possible to do to define such trigger prototype.
