I did not find any Zabbix Templates for 3.4

Is there any templates for SNMPv3 or how to configure it as hosts?

There is no such MIB like SNMPv3. It is only SNMPv2

This is one of the many templates which is using OIDs from SNMPv2 and IF MIBs but on obtain data is using SNMP protocol version 3.
You don't need any special template to uses v3 protocol. Just mark all items -> mass update and change the template type items to "agent SNMPv3".

But how to get OIDs automatically? not enter for each interface

I also have the same question, I made the change of the items from SNMPv2 to SNMPv3 Agent in the item, but stops collecting the data.

Would there be any more settings I should make?
