LLD - bad value

Hi
I use default LLD template "Network Interfaces Discovery" on zabbix 3.4.
The LLD works perfect (discovered all interfaces) but i get 0 on one item.
Discovered SNMP OID is OK, when I add manualny item with this same OID - zabbix get correct value.

I have brocade switch and I need to check "Inbound packets with errors". Other OID from LLD works ok.

Do you have any idea why it doesn`t work ?

Hi archi11,

Actually no idea until you share logs with us. Show the discovery rule, the item prototype and anything else what could help us.

Thank you for your answer and sorry for my too little information about my problem.
Any way I found the resolve.
In previous zabbix server (or I don`t remmember about this option ) wasn`t be "Processing" tab in "Item".

In default template (Template SNMP Interfaces) is Processing -> Preprocessing steps -> Change per second.
After when I remove this step it show correct value by SNMP.

I hope it will help someone.
