I have set up an alert in Matrix from Zabbix, but only a test message works, when I try to check the output of real problems, it does not send anything to Matrix, I have been working on this for a whole month, please help
Too little info about the problem... We have no idea, how you have resolved the forwarding etc.
But most probably you have some permission issues there, the user whatis used for forwarding may not have access to the hosts involved and then escalation is not performed...
