Renaming interface name

Hi,

I have been able to successfully configure zabbix agent for Pfsense.

I have nearly 7 network interfaces to monitor their bandwidth with zabbix, which I've done already.

but in zabbix the interface names are shown as em1 em0, instead I would like to rename or give an alias so I could easily identify the interfaces on graphs.

Hope I was clear, and im totally new to zabbix and loving it alread

Have the exact same requirement to rename an interface but not sure how to. I am planning to switch from cacti to ZABBIX permanently and I love it already....kindly advise
