zabbix linux/windows host

hi all , before starting please consider that i'm new to zabbix and monitoring systems

i've zabbix server installed on centos 7 , and i wanted to monitor my database which is on another machine with windows server 2012 , i 've installed zabbix agent on the windows server , modified the conf file for agent with server ip which is my centos public ip , and serveractive to th e monitored machine " windows server 2012 " .

the agent was successfully installed but i couldn't start with error msg "Windows Could not start the Zabbix Agent Service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".

then i followed a guide which said uninstall zabbix agent and make sure of the configuration file 1st h which i did ... but then i couldn't start or install with the same command

error msg when re-installing " zabbix_agentd.exe [5068]: ERROR: cannot create service [zabbix agent]:[0x00000430] the specified service has been marked for deletion "

any one can support me in details in this ?!

Was facing the same issue ...restart the computer after uninstallation and make sure to make the changes in .conf file(like hostname and server IP) and try to install again..This time it should be installed. Have done the same and issue got resolved.
