Plot data from string

Hi everyone,

i'm new in zabbix config, I'm still learning the product and I'm in a trial environment based on 2.2 release.

I built a custom control calling zabbix agent with userparam key I get a text string as result.
My trigger is configured to raise an alarm if the check is NOT OK.

I Would like to log and plot data in order to show the performance of the service.

The string I get is like this:

00:00:10 Last mail received 00:00:10 ago from <site>. Check OK

Where the first 8 digit are hh:mm:ss

Sorry to kinda necro this thread but did you ever figure it out? I am in a very similar situation where I want to monitor for some database growth data that is put in to a log file.

nope, I've not solved this problem.
to be honest I didn't spent any time ti figure out a solution, I was busy in other issues.

Right now is enough to have the OK/Problem notified by mail, but I would like to have stats for service performances.
