The high alert issue still exists even the issue has been acknowledged

    Hi,

I just wondering why the high alert issues still exist in the dashboard even I have acknowledged it more than 10days (see the attachment). I even changed the threshold to less than 5GB but the high alert still won't go away.
Please advise what should I do to get rid of the high alert.

    Thank you

Please show your trigger config for this?
Is there a discovery rule for it also?

      Hi Louis,

I have changed the trigger setting this morning to
      {Template for SIT - OS Windows:vfs.fs.size[{#FSNAME},pfree].last(0)}<10G
and also changed the name to Free disk space is less than 10GB on volume {#FSNAME} {HOST.NAME}.

Now the issued alert name in dashboard has been changed to what I did change this morning. The issue name changed but still reflected a high alert.

      Thank you

So the disk does have less than 10g free and you only want to be alerted once to this?
The item will read what the disk has free. The trigger will determine what you are alerted on eg single event, multiple event

          Hi,

No, all servers have definitely more than 10GB disk space.

I ever disabled the trigger rule for more than 1 day and also restarted Zabbix, but couldn't clear away the issue.

Should I delete the particular trigger?

            Hi,

Finally the issues alert has gone after deleted the particular trigger prototype.

Re-added the trigger prototype and no more disk space fake alert surface on the dashboard.

            Thank you
