LLD Override works on MSSQL database discovery BUT NOT with Windows services

    Hi Zabbix community,

After i tried everything and failed again, im getting to rip my hair off. So i decided have to make my first here, hoping someone can enlighten me
We want to use the Zabbix services to get an overall view for all underlying systems and use this in Grafana.
I tagged the templates / hosts and defined the service tree / leafs with with their 'problems tags'.
Some 'shared' hosts, databases of a mssql server for example, are used by multiple services.
So i need a way to set different tags values on same item prototype within the discovery process, to differentiate these items in my service definition.

We are on Zabbix 7.0.31, working with proxies

    What ive done:

    override

    host macros

and it works fine, getting only at these specific databse the additional 'Scv-monitor' tag:

    as expected!

But, im doing the exactly same thing with Windows service discovery and it doesnt work.
Without macro / plain text, single item, different regex syntax.
Wrote a new small template with my own userparameter key, Nothing helps.
Discovery rule / preprocessing / LLD macro and filer works, but by no way the override feature.

What i am doing wrong? Any ideas, things i forgot? Caches to clear, Zabbix databases clean up?
I know Zabbix needs sometimes a while, and u have top be patient for testing
unlinked and cleared the template, waited for relink and days to check the result

    Help is very appreciated

    Thank you

    greetings

    Bob
