Collecting SNMP traps received by Zabbix Proxy

    Hi!

Is it possible to collect SNMP traps received by Zabbix Proxy and forward them to Zabbix Master host? Or maybe it works this way, that zabbix master server will ask the proxy periodically, is there any traps received and then the proxy will send those to master server?

What and where is needed to configure in master server and proxy?

I already have setup up receiving SNMP traps in one of my Zabbix proxies, used this manual: http://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Start_wit...raps_in_Zabbix

Proxy will get received traps successfully, in the proxy logs:

23107:20171004:113111.176 unmatched trap received from "X.X.X.X": 11:31:09 2017/10/04 PDU INFO:

If I do not use the proxy and forward SNMP traps directly to master server SNMP trapper - it works successfully.

Is it possible to achieve this using proxy?

There is no manual anywhere, it is very confusing, is it even possible?

heix75 - Did you figure out if SNMP traps sent to a proxy can be forwarded to the master Zabbix server?
