How to add a host

I installed the zabbix appliance 3.2.6.
The documentation sais to go to "Configuration -> Hosts". However, I don't see "Configuration" anywhere.

You obviously don't have the rights for Configuration. You should ask your Zabbix admins for that.

Im supose to be the admin, but I don't have a clue what im doing. Not sure where to start...

If you log in as a user with administrator privileges, the configuration menu will be displayed.
