Zabbix datchboard

Newbie here; apologies if my questions are too green. My environment is fairly simple, but I am looking for specific functions and wondered whether Zabbix would help. Right now, I use LibreNMS, but it doesn't do one of the functions I am looking for.
Among the options, one I would like is a widget/dashboard that will alert me in the event that a port on a switch goes over 80%, if a port goes down, and alert when a user tries to log in to a device (including a workstation, switch, or firewall) with the wrong password.
