Discovery based on other discovered items?

I'm running Zabbix 3.4.2. I have a system which has groups of items. I need to discover the groups, and then discover the items in each of those groups. I have a custom userparameter script set up to discover the right things, but I don't know how to set things up in the discovery sections of the template.

Is there a way to do this kind of "two level" discovery?

Hi there,
I believe that you have an Action for the Discovery so your hosts are being added automatically. In such case your hosts will be re-added again during the Discovery next run.

You can just disable those hosts
