Slow page loading in zabbix 3.0.10

Hi,

I see the pages which are loading ( dashboard and other UI) very slowly when compared to earlier versions ( i have been using 2.2.12 ). All the pages are taking more than 6-10 seconds to load.
I just checked my server, and load seems fine ( on a 8 core CPU, its not crossing 2 ) and RAM seems to be fine too,

What could be the issue? I am using apache webserver with default settings - can someone recommend correct settings ( will have 30 users accessing dashboard or other pages - searching , latest data, graphs , screens concurrently ).

Any pointers greatly helpful.

Closing the thread as this is working on production, mostly the VM which was holding zabbix UI had issues.
