I have the trigger tuned in for value 1000 on this custom user parameter... Problem is, by the time the message gets sent out, it attaches the current value. We want to see the value that broke the trigger threshold, and so far {ITEM.VALUE} and {ITEM.LASTVALUE} are not giving me what I need.
Is there a specific syntax that needs to be put in to the trigger description and/or the Action configuration to get the right value?
