Run action while trigger is activated

Hello guys,
I have a vpn connection using vpnc, some times this connection goes off, so I made a UserParameter to check if vpnc is running, when not, zabbix activate a trigger "vpnc is not running". So I made an action to run a remote comand with the vpnc command and restabilish connection. The problem is, sometimes this command doesn't work, so the vpnc keeps down until I run the command mannualy. I need zabbix to run this remote command 1 minute after it doesn't work and continue running while trigger is active.

Can anyone help me?

I think you should investigate in logs why the command can't restart the service!

In order to keep the Acton running for a longer time - try with Escalations: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...on/escalations

The zabbix remote command works, but sometimes vpnc doesn't connect for a few reasons, for example if the internet connection is out.

I'll read about Escalations.
