Zabbix database error

Hi Folks

I have problem with Zabbix database it says that "Error connecting to database: No such file or directory"

so when i look up the logs it show me something like this



Could any one hlep me here

From your screenshot it seems there is a mariadb, not a zabbix problem...

Can you connect to mysql from commandline ?
if yes, does the /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock exist ?

Have you attempted to fix your database ?

there is a guide how to fix it

For example, you can add the following line to the [mysqld] section of your option file before restarting the server:

[mysqld]
innodb_force_recovery = 1

It's highly recommended to take a copy of all your DB files to some safe place before attempting to fix them !!! Read the warning on that page !!!
