Constant trigger warnings (not right)

Okay, got some help to discover these escalations.
But unfortunately the queue is emtpy.
As soon as I activate the ping trigger, again I got all errors of machines unavailable
But the machines are really available!
Someone has an releasing idea?

The ping trigger is one of the most important... because that's my main sign a server is down or not

This is my trigger expression: {Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1

I also enabled all zabbix ports on the clients, and I am able to ping the clients from the zabbix server.

Maybe you could help a few minutes with Teamviewer?
Maybe it's just a small thing I am overseeing.
