Not receiving mails through Zabbix V 3.2

Hello

we had configured to send a mail to our smtp server and checked even port is opened from our zabbix application server

we had added few hosts in testaction under actions tab

But we observe no mails were sent from zabbix

please let us know

What Reports->Action log is saying ? maybe there are some clues...
