Zabbix Mail Error

Hi All,

I have configured email alert for all the triggered but everytime a trarigger is raised in the actions it is showing as inprogress/Failed as 4 and when we clikc on that it giving me some error and some times it is showing as sent and for few time it is showing as failed.

Please find the zip file with screenshots and help me in fixing this.

Hi,

Have you correctly configured email parameters in Administration->Media Types->email ?
Can your Zabbix server connect to specified SMTP port of SMTP Server >

Most common values

SMTP - port 25
Secure SMTP (SSL / TLS) - 587

I am receiving lots of mails but intermittently i am observing this issue.

The mail server details are correct because i was able to send mail alerts.
